ADRIELLE MEDE
pond, too old, too much
APPEARANCE . Being the granddaughter of the Emperor, everyone had always told her she is beautiful. What else could they say to someone in her position? She is tall for an Imperial woman. Her body is curvy as a young woman’s should be. Her long light brown hair is usually braided piled up in some form or another, from one simple braid on the side to any number of more complex styles. When it is let loose it falls in large curls around her shoulders. She has light grey eyes that betray her every emotion. She is very fond of cosmetics, colors around her eyes especially. STORY. Adrielle Mede is the second child of Titus Mede III, eldest son of Emperor Titus Mede II. She was born just minutes before her twin Attrebus II, during the great reconstruction. Only those immediately in the Emperor’s family know that Adrielle is the elder of the twins. They have always treated Attrebus as the elder, so that he would inherit the title from his father instead of his sister. The twins were born three years before their younger brother Thowen. Her mother did not survive the birth of Thowen. Titus III was encouraged to take a new wife, but he refused to do so, devoting much of his time to his three children. Growing up in the Imperial City during the great reconstruction, the children were not allowed outside of the city’s walls very often. She did visit the Arcane university with her grandfather a few times, but did not see more of Cyrodiil until well into her teenage years. Unlike her brothers who frequently talked about leaving the Imperial City for adventures, Adrielle was happy staying in the palace or the Arboretum. She was certain that adventures outside of their home would only cause them trouble. Nor did she give much thought to politics. Though she was third in line, she imagined that her brother would have an heir well before her father even passed the throne on to him. Her father tried to make sure that his daughter had the education she would need, but Adrielle was more interested in pretty dresses then she was in politics. Titus III could never deny his daughter’s requests. If she begged for a lesson to be over, it immediately was. They were probably not the best parenting decision, but he could not refuse her anything. As such, Adrielle grew up incredibly spoiled. She was the favorite of her grandfather as well, and despite both of their wishes that she learn basic swordsmanship or archery, she never really did either. She was interested more in music and in art than she was in war or leading. During Adrielle and Attrebus’s sixteenth winter, their father fell ill. He did not survive to the spring, leaving Attrebus as the Emperor’s successor. The children were then taken care of by the servants in the Palace, who were much more strict than their father ever had been. Adrielle did her best to never listen to a word they said. Any complaint they made to her Grandfather was readily ignored. He was as tightly wrapped around his granddaughter’s finger as her father had been. As far as the emperor was concerned she could do no wrong. Just after Adrielle’s eighteenth birthday, she fully expected for her grandfather to have her married off to one of the nobles in the Imperial City. But she did not. Instead her grandfather decided to send her to Skyrim to help her relative Vittoria Vici plan her wedding. It was not until she arrived in Solitude’s court that she realized they wanted her to catch the eye of one of the Nord lords in order to strengthen the empire’s failing relationship with Skyrim. She has been staying in Solitude as a guest of Vittoria, though she spends quite a bit of time in the Blue Palace court, and at the Bard’s College which she finds much more fascinating. Recently she has begun to desire the opportunity to head out of the capitol and see the rest of Skyrim. Under heavy imperial guard of course. | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,border-radius: 0px 0px 20px 20px;] Character Name. Adrielle Mede Age. Ninteen Race. Imperial Sexuality. Heterosexual Faction, Army, or Allegiance. Imperials Occupation. Royal Family Werewolf or Vampire. N/A Major Skills. Speech - Imperials are naturally gifted in speechcraft, but the children of the Imperial family have had rigorous training for most of their lives. She is incredibly diplomatic when she needs to be. Though she is usually taken as a foolish little girl, when she desires her voice can command respect. Adrielle has always been able to sweet talk her way out of anything, relying heavily on her looks and her charm. She is rarely questioned by her family, who are tightly wrapped around her fingers. Restoration - The only magical skill she really has is healing magic. She could heal herself or others. She knows enough to use in an emergency, but not enough to make a significant difference in a battle. One Handed - The only thing Adrielle is really sure of with a dagger is which end to poke someone with. She has no formal training in combat. Not for her family’s lack of trying. Adrielle was just more concerned with dresses and tea parties than she was fighting Weapons, Armor, and Belongings. Ebony Dagger - Adrielle owns one ebony dagger that she keeps tucked in her dresses at all times. She’s never actually unsheathed it, but she has it just in case. Imperial Armor - Though she only wears it when traveling on the road with her guard to blend in, Adrielle does have a single full set of Imperial Light Armor. Adrielle could hardly be mistaken for a soldier, but it makes her relatives feel more comfortable than her parading around in her dresses and jewelry. Enchanted Circlet - Her mother always worse a gold and ruby circlet, enchanted to increase speech skills. When she died, Adrielle inherited it, and is almost never without it. She only takes it off when she’s going to a party and it does not match her dress. Trunks upon Trunks of other clothes, shoes, and jewelry - Skyrim's clothes are incredibly plain. She much prefers the clothes she brought from the Imperial City. She favors shades of blue, but has clothes in all manner of colors and fabrics. She has a wide assortment of shoes, necklaces, and rings that she brought to Solitude as well. |

She was leaving Solitude. True, the plan was just to go to Dragon’s Bridge. But once they were outside of the city walls, she was certain she could convince her guards to take her a little further. She thought she looked ridiculous in the light imperial armor. It fit perfectly, but compared to her dresses, it was very heavy. She adjusted the helmet over the long braid she wore down her back, then fussed with the bracers on her wrist. The left one was pinching a little tight. She was thrilled to finally be getting out of the city and out to see more of Skyrim than the stone palace and the stone buildings and the stone road and the stone walls. She wanted to see mountains and rivers and exciting things. The only thing that was exciting in Solitude was watching the imperial soldiers train. The Bard’s college was nice enough she supposed, but she would have like the level of attractive from the soldiers with the minds of the bards. That would make a perfect companion she thought. Once she was certain that she could at least appear to look like a presentable soldier she left Vittoria’s house out into the streets.
Adrielle Mede, Imperial Soldieress, with her ebony dagger at her hip and her boots laced tightly, looked the part at least. She still carried herself like a princess. But, she could hardly change her posture just because she changed her clothes.
